The house is in a great location and has a nice rustic, beach house feel. My family was in the area for very sad circumstances and Melissa's flexibility and communication was so helpful. The weather did not cooperate with us... there was a terrible storm and it was cold... but the house was comfortable.

Great location, an easy walk to anything Hampton Beach has to offer. Quiet residential neighborhood with the beach at the end of the street. Plenty of space, easy off-street parking and an awesome wrap around porch to enjoy with friends. Highly recommend renting from Melissa!

This apartment was so cute and you can tell there was a lot of attention to detail. The location was very close to the beach and walkable to shops and food. Everything was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Wonderful stay which was made easier by the host. Check in and check out we’re simple with clear instructions that ensured plenty of time for everything else. Area was peaceful while still being close that I could walk anywhere I wanted to go. Would stay again in the future in a heartbeat.

We had a great experience at this property. The location is perfect and walkable to all the area's activities. The space had plenty of room for our party of 6 and was just as described.

What a wonderful charming cottage!! Everything was in walking distance!! Could not have asked for a better place to spend two days! I only wished we could have spent more time there! I would recommend this cottage to everyone.

Melissa was an amazing host. Her space was just as described and shown in the photos. She was very responsive to all of our questions and gave us great recommendations for things to do around the area. Her place was quaint and clean the bathroom was nice, the beds were comfy and the area was clean. The neighborhood was great. Walkable to the beach and all the restaurants. Her instructions were clear and the space was easy to get into. I definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Melissa’s place was perfect! Very clean and beautiful, the location was fantastic with the sea view and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. This was my first time using Airbnb so I wasn’t 100% sure on how everything worked but Melissa’s instructions made everything so simple and smooth!

We had a great time ! The house was small, but exactly as described and the location is amazing. Right across from the beach and easily walkable to fun bars /restaurants. Host is super nice and responsive. Over all great trip !

Melissa was an amazing host and the place was VERY clean and communication was phenomenal. She also has just a great positive demeanor when messaging her, most definitely recommend this spot for a stay !
