This was absolutely perfect for a mini getaway with my daughter. Cute, clean, cozy and homey! Melissa was great, and incredibly responsive. Short, easy walk to Jenness Beach while being in a quiet neighborhood. Already talking about staying here again!

Perfect stay! Melissa was very helpful, the view was amazing. BIG tv was good for watching the patriots playoff run. Comfy beds, flamingo coffee not too far away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

What a sweet spot! Lots of room to sleep, relax, eat together! So close to the beach for beautiful morning walks! We cooked breakfast altogether and walked to dinner! It is always so much nicer to Airbnb than hotel…very responsive host and very clean, comfortable place!

The house is in a great location and has a nice rustic, beach house feel. My family was in the area for very sad circumstances and Melissa's flexibility and communication was so helpful. The weather did not cooperate with us... there was a terrible storm and it was cold... but the house was comfortable.

Great location, an easy walk to anything Hampton Beach has to offer. Quiet residential neighborhood with the beach at the end of the street. Plenty of space, easy off-street parking and an awesome wrap around porch to enjoy with friends. Highly recommend renting from Melissa!

This apartment was so cute and you can tell there was a lot of attention to detail. The location was very close to the beach and walkable to shops and food. Everything was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay there.
