This classic beach cottage, located on a dead end street within a one-minute walk to the north bath house and attractions, has everything you'll need to enjoy the area. Conveniently located with access to 101, you can skip the strip traffic but still see the fireworks, walk to the beach, and sneak away from the noise to relax on the porch.

This original beach cottage offers the charm Hampton Beach regulars can rarely find these days! Bead board and cute cottage decor make for a trip down memory lane or a unique first-time experience. The no frills cottage provides everything groups need for a fun time together. Guests here can take advantage of the location and attractions with a cute spot to rest their heads and jet back for lunch between tanning and reading! This two-story classic cottage offers a front porch and back patio area for grilling and dining. The first floor hosts a living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms: one queen, one full, and two twin beds.

Other Details to Note

The stairs to the second floor with all the bedrooms are very steep so it’s not recommended that anyone (seniors and others) with mobility issues book this location.

House Rules

No public parties: Cookouts and family parties are welcome but we ask you are respectful of neighbors, the property, and capacity. No smoking indoors: Smoking is limited to designated outdoor area with ashtray. Limit sand: Try to please rinse feet after the beach before entering. Trash removal: Bring all trash and recycling into the designated bins prior to check out (blue= trash, green=recycling). -Bring bins to the curb for Friday morning pickup and Monday morning pickup during July and August Remove your items before checkout: Empty fridge of ALL items before departing and wipe any major spills. Gather linens before checkout:Strip beds and place sheets and towels in the laundry bag and leave on the front porch. Return items: Return all items to their original spot including cleaning dishes

The house is in a great location and has a nice rustic, beach house feel. My family was in the area for very sad circumstances and Melissa's flexibility and communication was so helpful. The weather did not cooperate with us... there was a terrible storm and it was cold... but the house was comfortable.

What a wonderful charming cottage!! Everything was in walking distance!! Could not have asked for a better place to spend two days! I only wished we could have spent more time there! I would recommend this cottage to everyone.

We had a great time ! The house was small, but exactly as described and the location is amazing. Right across from the beach and easily walkable to fun bars /restaurants. Host is super nice and responsive. Over all great trip !

Find us

If you don’t plan to leave town, you’ll have everything you need for entertainment within walking distance. Otherwise there are plenty of fun day trips and activities within the Seacoast to visit by car. The property has enough space for two to three cars but there is ample public parking in the neighborhood as well. We are happy to point that out.
