Welcome to your relaxing vacation spot steps from the beach! This classic cottage, located on a dead end street within a one-minute walk to the north bath house and attractions, has everything you'll need to enjoy the area. With four bedrooms and a large porch to enjoy the weather, a yard for grilling, and ample parking it's the perfect spot for a family or group of friends. The interior is stunning with exposed beams, open concept living, and a large kitchen for entertaining.

Good to know

This is a family street of traditional beach cottages and a great neighborhood of friendly folks! Nudd Ave is known as one of the best streets on the beach because it offers a quiet area with lawns, trees, and parking but it is close to the attractions and had quick access to 95 that avoids the heavy beach traffic. Guests can even watch the summer Wednesday fireworks from the wrap around porch!

Other Details to Note

This beach cottage was built the same year Hampton beach was established and we worked hard to restore it since it is one of the few original houses in the area. The classic three-season cottage offers the original layout, plus an addition downstairs that expanded the kitchen and added a fourth bedroom. The upstairs rooms are divided by original bead board partitions that leave a a few feet of space at the ceiling to increase airflow for hot summer nights. If you need total sound privacy upstairs, we advise you to book another spot. We provide a detailed list for a simple check out process and ask guests to follow this. We charge a fee depending on the status of the house at checkout and communicate this to guests in person.

House Rules

- Free Parking for 3-4 cars across front of home yard area, no on street parking. Cannot block neighboring driveways. - Cookouts and family parties are welcome but we ask you are respectful of neighbors, the property, and capacity. No public parties. - Rinse feet after the beach before entering. - Separate trash and recycling to respective bins outside. Trash pickup is Monday Friday. Bring to curb if halfway full by Thursday week. -If running AC, keep all windows closed. - All beds come with a linens, comforter and pillows. -Strips beds before departing -Bath towels are provided but we ask you please start the wash to make the turnover possible between back to back guests - Leave home in a clean state, all trash in outdoor bins and emptied bins inside

The beach and restaurants are within a short walk but we also provide a list of our favorites and things to do on the Seacoast upon arrival.

Guest Access

Guests have access to four free parking spots across the front of the home, a grill, laundry, and bedding and towels for 8. We ask guests to put on sheets during the busy summer season. We ask guests to wash towels and strip the beds before leaving.

Great location, an easy walk to anything Hampton Beach has to offer. Quiet residential neighborhood with the beach at the end of the street. Plenty of space, easy off-street parking and an awesome wrap around porch to enjoy with friends. Highly recommend renting from Melissa!

We had a wonderful, fun, and relaxing family get-away. We loved that we could walk to the beach and the boardwalk easily. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was comfortable. I loved sitting on the porch in the evenings, watching the sunsets and reading my book. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals at home and we also enjoyed the recommendations for the restaurants in the area. The space was roomy enough for our family of 5, including on the comfy couch for watching movies together in the evenings. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Thanks so much for a terrific stay!

Find us

If you don’t plan to leave town, you’ll have everything you need for entertainment within walking distance. Otherwise there are plenty of fun day trips and activities within the Seacoast to visit by car. The property has enough space for three to four cars but there is ample public parking in the neighborhood as well. We are happy to point that out.
